LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police have arrested against a Lancaster teen accused of shooting someone at a city park in October of 2025. Keyshawn Williams, 18, was taken into custody around 12:20 a.m. Thursday, the Lancaster City Bureau of Police announced. He's charged with attempted homicide and other offenses.
