YORK, Pa. — PA Attorney General Dave Sunday announced on Friday that Elijah Penn was sentenced to life in prison plus 21 to 42 years in connection to a 2021 murder. Penn, 21, was convicted in December 2025 of killing 20-year-old Justin Griffith. Penn was found guilty of first-degree murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, and recklessly endangering another person.
