OWOSSO, MI -- Demolition work has started on a deteriorating century-old building in downtown Owosso as part of a countywide effort to remove dangerous structures. The Shiawassee County Land Bank Authority and the City of Owosso announced on Friday, April 10, that crews began tearing down the structure at 117 W. Exchange St.
