Stoughton Police cite man for driving 106 mph on Hwy N
MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A man in Stoughton was ticketed after a Stoughton Police officer clocked him going well over the speed limit in a 55 mph zone. According to the Stoughton Police Department, officers were monitoring traffic Tuesday morning on Highway N when they caught a driver going 106 mph in a 55 mph zone.
