Silver Alert issued for missing Madison man
MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A Silver Alert was issued for a Madison man on Tuesday. Madison Police Department said Dale Esser, 66, was last seen walking the area of Olbrich Gardens, which is off of Atwood Avenue, between 7-8 p.m. Saturday. It is uncertain when Esser went missing, authorities said.
