PHOENIX – In a classic case of “no good deed goes unpunished,” a dog bit a Phoenix police officer who was trying to rescue it over the weekend. The incident occurred Saturday at the Hunt’s Tomb parking lot in Papago Park, north of the Phoenix Zoo, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
