Former Prichard police officer pleads guilty to possession of stolen guns
MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - A former Prichard police officer pleaded guilty Tuesday to a federal gun charge, admitting that investigators found stolen guns during a homicide investigation at his home. Mobile police investigators in February went to the home on Wesley Avenue that Ryan Spencer Phillips shared with San Juanita.
