FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WSMV) - A semi-truck fire forced officials to close part of an interstate in Williamson County on Monday afternoon. The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office reported the closure just before 2 p.m., saying that the eastbound lanes of Interstate 840 near the exit for Peytonsville Road have been temporarily shut down.
