OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A man arrested in connection with the murder of his adoptive father, a deacon at an Omaha church, is headed to district court for trial. Martin Zak, 36, was booked into Douglas County Corrections last month and charged with first-degree murder. At Zak’s preliminary hearing Friday, the case was bound over to district court.
