WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WJAR) — A local business replaced the wheelchair ramp at a Woonsocket church on Friday after it was stolen last month. According to Pastor Henryk Wos of Our Saviour's Parish PNCC, the ramp was stolen between the night of Aug. 19 and the morning of Aug. 20.
