ATASCOSCA COUNTY, Texas - A copper wire theft investigation at a ranch near McCoy led to the arrest of a San Antonio man facing multiple felony charges. Atascosca County Sheriff's Office said the ranch off Farm-to-Market 541 reported Thursday that someone had cut a high fence and entered the property, stealing copper wire from electrical equipment connected to four pump jacks.
