SAN ANTONIO — A man was hospitalized after a stabbing during an altercation on the southwest side of San Antonio early Sunday morning, according to police. The San Antonio Police Department says officers were dispatched around 2:30 a.m. to the 3800 block of South Zarzamora Street for a reported cutting.
