INWOOD—A 71-year-old rural Inwood man was arrested about 8:05 p.m. Monday, April 27, on charges of eluding, reckless driving, unsafe passing and speeding. The arrest of Kelvin Dean Brower stemmed from a report of a northbound 1999 Chevrolet Silverado pickup traveling at a high rate of speed on Highway 182, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
