SOLON, Iowa (KCRG) – A Solon woman was arrested Tuesday after a deputy says she tested more than four times over the legal alcohol limit with three kids in the car.
Kelli Andresen was charged with a second-offense charge of operating under the influence and three counts of child endangerment.
