JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG) – Several drivers reported vehicle problems after filling up at a Coralville gas station earlier this week, and state officials say heavy rain could be to blame.
Amy Bayon of Iowa City said she filled up her vehicle Monday evening at the Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh near Lantern Park in Coralville. The next day, her nearly new car began having problems.
“I noticed the car was kind of chugging, acting a little sluggish and then it died at a stop light,” Bayon said. “And so I got it started again, and then it happened again.”…
