CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A methamphetamine distributor from Cedar Rapids that led police on a high-speed chase of speeds over 100 mph in 2024 has been sentenced to serve 20 years in federal prison.
46-year-old Tony Douglas Westmoreland Sr. pleaded guilty in December 2025 for distributing meth in 2023 and 2024. He pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
