IOWA CITY, Iowa — Drivers should expect traffic delays on Rochester Avenue beginning Monday as utility work gets underway in the area.
Weather permitting, Rochester Avenue will be reduced to one lane of alternating traffic between Rita Lyn Court and First Avenue starting June 15.
