NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa (KCRG) – Residents at a North Liberty mobile home community say they are concerned a newly announced rent increase could be the first of several hikes under new ownership.
A resident at Holiday Mobile Home Court, who asked to remain anonymous, told TV9 she recently received a notice from the community’s new owner, Holiday MHP LLC, informing residents that monthly lot rent will increase by $110 beginning Sept. 1.
