MARION, Iowa (KCRG) -A man was arrested Friday morning after a low-speed chase that lasted about 13 minutes after a no-contact order was broken at 8:30 a.m.
45-year-old William Alfred Mathisen Jr. was driving a black Ford Ranger pickup truck around the area the incident took place.
