IOWA CITY, Iowa — Drivers in Iowa City should expect delays on Riverside Drive beginning Monday as crews complete storm sewer improvements.
Weather permitting, Riverside Drive between Park Road and River Street will be reduced to one lane of alternating traffic starting Monday, July 20.
