CEDAR RAPIDS — A set of railroad improvement projects will require downtown drivers to adjust their commutes.
Work began Monday along the Fourth Street rail line at its intersection with Second and Third avenues SE in downtown Cedar Rapids. The project is expected to last approximately two weeks, during which no through traffic will be allowed.
