Big changes could be coming to the suburb’s downtown.
Big Grove Brewery is looking at their first space in the Prairie State at 180 N Smith Street in Palatine. Right now, the owners are hoping to buy the building from Durty Nellie’s Gastropub & Concert Club. As the project was just recently proposed, an opening date has not yet been announced.
Along with being a brewery, the space would serve food, per a report from The Daily Herald. At their Iowa taprooms, the food menu includes wings, burgers, sandwiches, wraps and salads. Beer options are extensive, ranging from light lagers to imperial IPAs…
