A Coralville man was charged with OWI this weekend after an alleged erratic driving incident. At approximately 2:47am Saturday, 21-year-old Anthony Martinson of 1st Avenue was traveling northbound on I380 in North Liberty when he was reportedly made several lane violations in view of a Johnson County deputy. A traffic stop was initiated, and Martinson allegedly showed several signs of intoxication, including bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech, and the heavy odor of ingested alcohol.
