PARK COUNTY, Colo. — A body found in a Colorado cold case has been identified Friday as John Cizek, a 71-year-old man from Newark, California.
At one time, Colorado Bureau of Investigation had asked locals in Cedar Rapids to help possibly identify the remains, since Cizek had Slovakian DNA and there’s a big population of Czech/Slovak communities in the area.
The victim did not end up having any ties to the area…
