IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – A man faces multiple charges after Iowa City Police arrested him for fighting a driver while he was soliciting on the highway.
Chayanne Quiles, 38, of Joliet, Illinois, was arrested Monday night for robbery, burglary, theft, assault and criminal mischief.
