CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Cedar Rapids woman has pleaded guilty in a wrong-way crash that killed a New Jersey man in late December 2024.
Court records show Katie Austin-Karkow pleaded guilty in April to Homicide by Vehicle – Reckless Driving Serious Injury by Vehicle, and Operating While Under the Influence. Austin-Karkow will be sentenced June 16.
