Iowa City moving on from developer picked for 21 S. Linn Street

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – Iowa City has agreed to part ways with the company it picked to redevelop the vacant lot at 21 S. Linn Street, according to city documents.

Iowa City purchased the long unused space in 2023 for $4.5 million. The city wanted a mixed-use building that would include business space and housing.
