Tikka Drive Review: Is Chandler’s Indian Drive-Thru Worth It?

Indian food from a drive-through window sounds like it could involve some compromises. Less flavor. Smaller portions. Naan with the personality of a paper plate. Tikka Drive in Chandler said absolutely not to all of it.

Arizona’s first Indian drive-through serves a focused menu filled with familiar favorites. You will find butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, chicken curry, chicken korma, paneer tikka masala, and chana masala. Every entrée comes with basmati rice, with naan, sides, and drinks available separately.

I made my first trip through the drive-through on May 16. My husband and I returned during one of his later visits home, so this was not a one-and-done situation.

Tikka Drive Review: What I Ordered

I ordered the butter chicken at medium heat, garlic naan, and a medium iced tea. My bank account confirms the damage came to $22.31.
