PHOENIX (AZFamily) — It was udder chaos in south Phoenix earlier this week with a couple of cows on the loose in the neighborhood and parts of it were caught on camera.
Police said they were called out to the area of 19th Avenue and Roeser Road for two runaway cows that were hoofing it around the community Monday morning.
And their owner was nowhere to be found.
