Man arrested after allegedly threatening to kidnap a teen working at a Valley fast-food restaurant

PHOENIX — A man was arrested after he allegedly groped and threatened to kidnap a teenage fast-food worker in Phoenix, according to court documents.

Ariel Yair Zelaya-Zuniga went through the drive-through of a Taco Bell on April 14 and asked the teen what time she got off work. The frightened teen gave him a false time.

Zelaya-Zuniga then entered the restaurant, grabbed the teen by the hips and attempted to kiss her neck, court documents said. The teen told police she had identified herself as a minor, but Zelaya-Zuniga allegedly continued to act inappropriately…
