NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Officers arrested a woman on Monday after she allegedly intentionally crashed into a moped on Dorchester Road in May.
Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to a hit-and-run around 1 a.m. on May 18 on Dorchester Road.
