CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — One person has been charged in connection with a deadly boat crash that claimed the life of a Citadel cadet.
Edward Marion Tavel III is charged with manslaughter in connection with the April 25 crash that killed 19-year-old Citadel cadet Evan Greenleigh.
