2 Lowcountry men arrested, face charges in separate child exploitation cases

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Two Lowcountry men have been arrested on a combined 13 charges related to the sexual exploitation of minors following separate investigations by South Carolina’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, Attorney General Alan Wilson announced.

David Kurtz, 74, of North Charleston, and Smit Vipul Sinojia, 29, of Charleston, were arrested June 2 in unrelated cases involving alleged child sexual abuse material, according to the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
