NEWPORT — A woman who paid $111,200 for a tiny home in November 2024 still doesn’t have her home, she told The Plain Talk on Wednesday.
Jennifer Hopkins, who lives in Charleston, SC, filed a report with the Cocke County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) on March 5. She contacted The Plain Talk and an article ran regarding her situation on March 10.
Shortly after that initial article ran, Hopkins said she was contacted by Tom Florkowski with Incredible Tiny Homes (ITH). She said he was apologetic and assured her the matter would be resolved quickly…
