NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Police Department arrested four juveniles and recovered four handguns on Saturday night.
According to the North Charleston Police Department, officers were called around 11:00 p.m. due to illegally parked vehicles at a gathering near Kent Avenue and Bailey Drive, close to 3557 Dorchester Road.
While officers were speaking to one of the vehicle occupants, police witnessed a passenger reaching toward the vehicle floorboard. When the individual showed his hands, officers saw a 9mm handgun with an extended magazine between his legs, NCPD says…
