CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The namesake of Charleston’s own Rodney Scott’s BBQ has been chosen to bring one of his most famous dishes to Western Australia’s 2026 Pair’d Margaret River Region Festival.
Rodney Scott himself has made a career of his cooking; with global recognition from Netflix’s Chef’s Table and a James Beard Award under his belt, his next endeavor will be headlining two of the festival’s experiences: Burnt Ends and Friends and An Evening with Pitmaster.
