This summer, Edmund’s Original, 1081 Morrison Drive, is inviting the community to experience its new tiki bar, Harry’s Lost Lagoon, serving tropical cocktails, frozen favorites and a laid-back atmosphere inside The Bower.
If you’re wondering who Harry is, Edmund’s Original says he’s a bit of a legend around the restaurant. As the team’s longest-tenured member, Harry has spent years with the Edmund’s family. The restaurant says that outside of work, you’ll usually find him on the water — kayaking, fishing, boating or crabbing.
He even has the story to prove it: Harry was once lost at sea. Thankfully, he made it home safely, but the team “likes to imagine that if he’d drifted just a little farther, he might have discovered a hidden lagoon where tropical drinks are always flowing.”…
