Georgetown County deputies seek person of interest in card fraud spree

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a person of interest accused of making unauthorized bank card purchases.

Deputies said the alleged suspect made a slew of unauthorized purchases from a Food Lion in Pawleys Island, Target stores in Summerville and Charleston, Food Lion stores in Charleston and Myrtle Beach and Home Depot stores in Charleston and Myrtle Beach, which totaled more than $5,000.

The man is between 5 feet 9 inches and 5 feet 11 inches tall and is of Asian descent. It was not known what vehicle he was driving…
