BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — More than 40 dogs and puppies rescued from a possible dogfighting operation were found living in filthy conditions, according to animal welfare officials who responded alongside deputies.
Humane World for Animals and the Charleston Animal Society were on scene when the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office executed a search and seizure warrant near Cordesville.
