Woman allegedly drives into victim after argument at gas station: NCPD

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A Summerville woman surrendered herself to police on Monday after she allegedly struck a woman with her vehicle after an argument, officers said.

Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to a reported vehicle-versus-pedestrian collision at a Sunoco gas station on Ashley Phosphate Road on August 18.
