DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – There is a large police presence near the Ashley River Bridge and Lockwood Boulevard on Tuesday evening following a traffic stop, according to the Charleston Police Department (CPD).
CPD says officers conducted the traffic stop as part of an ongoing investigation.
