JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. (WCIV) — The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect after they responded to a shooting incident on Johns Island and found one person injured.
Deputies reportedly responded to the 2900 block of Evans Way on Johns Island just after midnight after receiving a call regarding a shooting. Upon arrival on scene officials located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to MUSC for treatment of his injuries and his condition is currently unknown…
