JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) — Johns Island will soon have its second emergency room with the opening of HCA Healthcare Johns Island ER later this year.
The ER is located on Maybank Highway across from Kiss Cafe and near the new Charleston County Fire Department station.
