NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Officers arrested a woman on Wednesday after she allegedly was panhandling and took $100 out of the victim’s pocket before fleeing the scene.
The North Charleston Police Department reported that officers responded after receiving a call from a man who claimed he had been robbed.
According to the NCPD, the victim told police that a woman approached him while panhandling and asked for money. When the man refused, the suspect became angry, reached into his pocket, and forcibly took approximately $100, then ran away…
