CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A new townhome community in West Ashley is being offered through the City of Charleston’s Homeownership Initiative, a program designed to expand access to homeownership for first-time buyers.
The Juniper Street project includes six newly constructed townhomes available through the City’s First-Time Home Buyer program, which was created to help address the gap between household incomes and rising housing costs.
