COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCSC) — A man convicted of murdering a teenage girl in 1990 will fight for his freedom Wednesday as he appears before the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services.
Bryan Lamb is seeking parole after serving 22 years for the murder of 13-year-old Crystal “Crickette” Surell.
