ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)— Sheriff Leroy Ravenell says the last shooting suspect in connection with an April 8 shooting incident has been arrested.
Sheriff Ravenell says 19-year-old Qzah Brown has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated breach of peace, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, criminal conspiracy.
Brown was taken into custody in Charleston Tuesday afternoon, April 21, by a joint task force of the US Marshals Service and the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office.
