CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — Authorities are renewing their call for information 15 years after a 23-year-old man was found shot to death in a roadside ditch after being reported missing.
The body of Joseph N. Hymes was discovered on Pineview Road after relatives reported him missing in late April 2005, investigators said. He had been seen days earlier leaving his mother’s home on Balsam Street in the Ardmore neighborhood.
