CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that an inmate sustained injuries during a stabbing incident at the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center Thursday.
Sheriff spokesperson Lexi Douglas said the inmate received medical attention and is expected to recover. It is unclear what charges the suspect will face.
