SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) — The final steel beam was hoisted into place Thursday at Bonaire Park, marking a major milestone for a nearly $47 million mixed-use development in downtown Summerville.
Elected officials and project partners gathered alongside community leaders for the beam-raising ceremony, signing the steel before it was lifted atop the site’s signature commercial building.
